  • Total Custom Pricing. We do not sell bloated packages. We price fairly and transparently based on the exact engineering hours your site requires.

1. The DeepWPSEO Standard (Agreement to Terms)

By accessing the website at deepwpseo.com or hiring DeepWPSEO to build, fix, or rank your digital assets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We view this as a mutual partnership: we provide elite-level engineering and SEO strategies, and you provide the vision and access we need to succeed.

2. Starting Your Project & Deliverables

We do not believe in making clients wait in endless queues. Here is how your project is initialized:

  • Discovery & Quote: We perform a deep-dive analysis of your current website or build requirements and provide a custom, flat-rate quote.
  • Project Start: Your project officially begins the moment your initial deposit clears. We will immediately assign a lead engineer to your site.
  • Scope of Work: All deliverables, technical fixes, and SEO integrations will be explicitly listed in your invoice. Tasks requested outside of this documented scope will be quoted separately to ensure no hidden fees.

3. The SEO Reality Check (Disclaimer)

We execute highly advanced, White-Hat SEO strategies designed to maximize your visibility on Search Engines and in AI Overviews. We build the perfect structural foundation for Google.

However, search engine algorithms are proprietary and constantly changing. Therefore, we cannot legally guarantee a specific #1 rank or immediate financial returns overnight. What we do guarantee is the flawless execution of the technical code, speed optimizations, and content strategies outlined in your project brief. We put you in the absolute best position to win.

4. Mutual Responsibilities

To successfully deliver your project on time, we require your active teamwork. The client agrees to:

  • Provide prompt, secure access to necessary platforms (WordPress Admin, CPanel/Hosting, Google Search Console).
  • Respond to requests for approvals, content, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure they hold the legal copyrights to any images, logos, or brand text they provide to us for publication.

5. Transparent Payments and Refunds

Because our work requires intense manual engineering, deep code reviews, and strategic labor, our payment terms are strictly enforced to protect our team's time.

  • Deposits: Custom projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) before engineering begins.
  • Final Delivery: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to us migrating the final site to your live server or handing over the ultimate SEO reports.
  • Refunds: Due to the irreversible nature of custom coding and manual SEO labor, deposits are non-refundable once actual engineering work has commenced.

6. Code & Content Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the final deliverables (your website layout, the optimized copy, and your on-page SEO structures) become your exclusive property. You are completely free to move, edit, or host the site wherever you please.

DeepWPSEO retains the rights only to our proprietary backend scripts or premium plugin licenses (unless purchased by you). We also reserve the right to feature screenshots of the completed, successful project in our Case Studies portfolio to showcase our expertise.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DeepWPSEO, its engineers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of our services, third-party plugin failures, or sudden changes in search engine algorithms. Our total liability is limited strictly to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
